RAPID CITY, S.D. – Many regions in western South Dakota are facing a food crisis. Many families are unsure of how to feed their children, and some elderly who are unable to leave their homes are unsure of where their next meal will come from. That’s why Meals on Wheels of Western South Dakota seeks out those in need, bringing meals straight to their door.
