Man jailed in Washington County accused in $450K Utah credit union fraud scheme

A man indicted for reportedly running a scheme that defrauded statewide credit unions of more than $450,000 is in jail in Washington County following his arrest. According to the indictment, which was unsealed Tuesday, the defendant, Jordan Battle, of Pomona, California, is facing two federal charges: one count of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in June.
