I am very proud to be from Lubbock, Texas. I was born and raised here. I went to Honey Elementary for kindergarten the year it opened and went all the way through 6th grade there. We were called the ‘original Honey Bears’ and there’s quite a few of us who are still great friends and we see each other often. As a matter of fact, I went to a Tech game with one of my Honey classmates just a couple of weeks ago!
