CONROE, Texas – Two individuals were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Interstate 45, authorities said. The arrests occurred after a deputy from Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit observed a traffic violation.The incident took place on October 10, 2024, around noon, when a gray Jeep was stopped in the 1400 block of Interstate 45. The driver was identified as Richard Snyder, and the passenger as Robin Hudson. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail after their vehicle was towed, according to a press release from Constable Ryan Gable’s office.
