NISKAYUNA, NY (WRGB) – A Schenectady man is in custody Thursday, charged in a road rage incident in Niskayuna last week. According to Niskayuna Police, at approximately 04:55 p.m. on Oct. 2, officers responded to Troy-Schenectady Road near Lishakill Road for a report of a road rage incident involving gun shots fired.
