A man was arrested in Stockton this week on suspicion of shooting at a vehicle following a fight between two women, police said. The shooting was reported around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in the area of North Van Buren and Park streets, where a 26-year-old woman and another woman got into a physical altercation, according to Stockton police.
