Springfield Man Arrested and Charged in Connection with Fatal Salem Collision That Left Two Dead

Salem officials have reported the arrest of a Springfield man following a deadly head-on collision that claimed two lives last month. According to a KGW report, authorities took 29-year-old Terrance Harley Quackenbush-Benson into custody Wednesday morning, held at the Marion County Jail on numerous charges, including two counts each of first-degree manslaughter and second-degree assault. Among the charges were also driving under the influence, reckless driving, and four counts of reckless endangerment.
