SAN DIEGO – CBS 8 is Working for You again on sewage issues at Sea Breeze Gardens Apartments in Lincoln Park. Residents told CBS 8 on Wednesday they are dealing with raw sewage coming up out of pipes outside their front doors and inside of their homes. Complaints and photos from other residents have continued to pour in since.
