EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Dark Knight is expected to make an appearance at the Fall Festival. Evansville Police say they saw the bat signal Thursday night and confirmed Batman and some of his super friends will be showing up. They say it’s scheduled to happen around 6:30 p.m.
