EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – As many booths on Franklin Street are settling into a familiar routine, some are still adapting to something new. Booth #50 is run by New Life Rescue & Adoption and is only in its second year at the festival. Those who run the booth say they were grateful to get a spot on Franklin Street, and they’re eager both to raise money and to introduce themselves to the area.
