Her short breakfast menu, offered Tuesday through Sunday starting at 7 AM, offers straightforward bacon-egg-and-cheese sandwiches, plus tweaked classics like cornmeal pancakes with maple butter and lemon curd, or brown-butter oatmeal with date molasses.
