KALAMAZOO, MI – Police arrested a second man for a summertime murder in Kalamazoo. Officials with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said they arrested Deyonte Armstrong, 21, in connection with the July 24 homicide of 30-year-old Charles Lee Weir. He is the second person arrested and charged in the case.
