SAN ANTONIO – A man and two teenagers have vandalized at least 14 downtown locations, including the San Antonio City Tower, police say. SAPD officers were called to the 100 block of East Houston for a graffiti in progress at about 10:39 p.m. Friday night. When they arrived, witnessed directed them to the three suspects. The trio was then promptly arrested while in possession of spray paint.
