The driver of a vehicle that crossed the center line was pronounced dead at ProMedica Toledo Hospital on Friday, according to a report from Toledo Police Department.
Billy Fell, 39, of Toledo, was driving west in the 1200 block on West Laskey Road, when he struck a vehicle, driven by Austin Ellis, 25, head on just after 11 p.m.
Mr. Ellis, of Toledo, was transported to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries. His passenger, Jonathon Hargrove, 25, of Toledo, was transported to Toledo Hospital with possible serious injuries.
Mr. Fell’s passenger, Deshawn Joyce, 40, of Toledo, was transported to Toledo Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
