Four people in Union County were indicted this week in the death of a 28-year-old woman earlier this year, Union County officials announced Saturday. Jeremyh Joseph Charles, 27; Marvin Joseph Charles, 38; Kern Charles, 65, all of Union; and Timothee Joseph Charles, 31, of Tuxedo Park, New York, were indicted by a grand jury on aggravated manslaughter charges Wednesday, officials said.
