BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Around 11:45 a.m. the Bakersfield Fire Department responded to a two-house second-alarm fire near Downtown Bakersfield. Battalion Chief of the Bakersfield Department, Mike Lencioni, says that the crew originally arrived for one fire, at Third and Kincaid Street. That’s when they realized another fire was happening just a block over.
