Surely I’m not the only one who has ever noticed this. Texas seems to be a hotspot for people backing their vehicles into parking spaces. You see it happen in parking lots all over the state. It can be a bit of a head-scratcher for visitors, but stick around Texas long enough and it might just start to make sense.
