MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – A 21-year-old Bradenton man is facing charges after a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a bicyclist. The incident occurred around 2:30 am Saturday on US-41 (14th Street West) north of the intersection with 66th Avenue West. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Darien Mykel Olliff was driving his vehicle northbound when he struck a bicyclist who was also traveling northbound.
