We’ve got a beautiful weekend on tap with lots of sunshine! We will have highs slightly above average with low 80s today, and mid 80s Sunday and Monday. Overnight lows will be down in the 40s and 50s.
Late Monday into Tuesday, a front swings through and provides us with another shot of cool air. Look for highs ranging from the upper 60s to mid 70s through Thursday. Overnight lows will well down into the 40s. Could even see a few upper 30s for our northern counties in the higher elevations. It will be a little breezy Monday through Wednesday.
We stay sunny and dry heading into next weekend, and we do warm slightly with temperatures back into the upper 70s to near 80, but overnight lows still getting down in the 40s.
Not much concern with the tropics right now as Tropical Storm Leslie remains out in the open Atlantic and moves away from the lower 48. There is an just west of the Cape Verde Islands that could see some development, but it doesn’t pose any threat to us.
