A man was found guilty for the 2023 murder of a woman at a north Tulsa RV park.
Thirty-nine-year-old Ryan Gordon was in court Thursday, where a jury found him guilty of first degree murder.
Gordon was arrested and charged with murder in 2023 . Police said he killed 45-year-old Melissa Hunter, who he was in a relationship with.
Hunter was found dead in a north Tulsa RV park. When Wagoner County Deputies found Gordon, he stabbed himself in the chest. He was booked into jail after he was treated at the hospital.
A not guilty plea was entered in March. The jury found Gordon guilty Thursday and recommended life in prison.
Gordon will be sentenced later this month.
