On Thursday night, a police officer stopped a vehicle near Red Hill and Mac Arthur after observing multiple traffic violations, according to the Irvine Police Department. The driver had a felony warrant out of San Bernardino for his arrest. A loaded, unserialized handgun was found in his vehicle’s center console.
