Two people were injured, one of which was arrested, after a serious crash in Rhode Island early Saturday morning. According to police, at 3:30 a.m., the Coventry Police Department and the Hopkins Hill Fire Department responded to the area of 109 Hopkins Hill Rd., for a report of a motor vehicle collision with a vehicle on its side.
