A tragic shooting in Miami’s Little River area has resulted in the death of one man and critical injuries to another. The incident occurred early Friday morning near a dead end on Northeast 77 Street at First Court, a locality familiar to the Little Haiti neighborhood. According to Local10, Miami Police responded to alerts from a ShotSpotter detection system around 12:50 a.m. to find a 30-year-old male deceased from gunshot wounds. A second victim was hastily transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where he remains in critical condition.
