PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A man is facing more than 40 felony charges for a retail crime spree dating back to November 2023 in Phoenix. The Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced the indictment of Hector Manuel Romero, 30, on multiple organized retail theft charges from a crime spree that lasted nearly a year.
