MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Monday, October 7, was the last day to register to vote in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Early voting in Tennessee is Oct. 16-31. In Arkansas, early voting is Oct. 21-Nov. 4, while Mississippi doesn’t have early and only allows absentee voting if you have a valid excuse.
