SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Police are investigating after a man died following a shooting on Saint Paul’s North End. According to Saint Paul police, officers were called to the area around Woodbridge Street and Wheelock Parkway just before 10 p.m. after multiple people called to report shots fired and a person being shot.
