The Ella Coffee House franchise made its way to Coral Springs not too long ago, so we had a chance to explore the menu and enjoy some high-quality coffee and food. Open since 2016, they have other locations in Plantation, Davie, and the Hard Rock Stadium. They specialize in Italian-style coffee using a proprietary blend of beans. They also have a unique menu in that there is no menu for food because every dish is created and placed on a display, with all accouterments in colorful detail.
