The November election is less than four weeks away and as always, the News-Leader welcomes letters from our readers endorsing — or criticizing — political candidates and ballot issues that are up for a vote.
It has been longstanding policy at the News-Leader not to run endorsements or other political letters in the Opinion section on the last Sunday prior to the election. For the Nov. 5 election, that means the final Sunday political letters can can run is Oct. 27, with a submission deadline of Wednesday, Oct. 23, space permitting.
