EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville woman is facing a dozen charges after police say she stole a man’s phone Saturday morning. Shortly before 9 a.m., police say a man called 911 after a woman wearing red pajama pants and a ragged shirt stole a Samsung Galaxy phone out of his truck.
