A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments on Friday for wanton endangerment, fleeing or evading police and assault-related crimes. Henry Burton, age 53 of Hopkinsville, was indicted on multiple charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit while he was under the influence on August 22. Burton is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a vehicle under the influence, unauthorized use of a car, third-degree terroristic threatening and other lesser charges.
