ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – FEMA announced that it is opening a Disaster Resource Center (DRC) in Anderson on Monday. The Anderson Disaster Resource Center will be at the Anderson County Library at 300 N. McDuffie St. in Anderson. It will be open from Oct. 14 to Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
