For the past month southern Minnesotans have been listening to the radio, frenetically collecting and entering codes for a chance to win $30,000. Along the way, ten codes a day — for twenty days — produced two hundred $100 winners along the way, because each time a code was revealed someone who entered it won a hundred bucks.
