MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A driver was killed early Monday morning on Interstate 40, police said. Memphis Police (MPD) said one car struck the driver of another car on westbound I-40 between the Whitten and Appling exits. That driver had gotten outside of their vehicle to check on damage from a previous crash.
