BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KSLA) – Roadwork is progressing on the I-20 project through Bossier City. On Tuesday, Oct. 15, three out of the four ramps at the Old Minden Interchange are expected to reopen. This means drivers who have had to adjust their commute around Old Minden will now be able to go back to normal.
