Ralph “Chad” Colley will be inducted into the 2024 Georgia Military Veterans Hall of Fame on Nov. 2 at St. Luke Ministry Center in Columbus, Ga. Colley resided in Barling and became a Paralympian and veterans’ advocate. He won his downhill and slalom skiing gold medals at the 1992 Paralympics in Albertville, France.
