A Holiday tradition of a different kind is making its way through the Rockford area at the end of November. I’m talking about the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train. The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train, an annual tour that spreads holiday cheer on a grand scale, will travel through the US on November 22.
