At 8:41 AM this morning, rescue crews were dispatched to a building collapse at the intersection of A Street and South Heald Street in Wilmington. Emergency personnel on scene have evacuated neighboring structures as a precaution. Command has requested Delmarva Power to secure the gas line to the affected structure.
