BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Three people are dead following a crash that occurred north of Wasco, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision was reported just before 4:30 p.m. at Elmo Highway and Scofield Avenue, according to CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page. The crash reportedly involved a sedan and a pickup truck.

According to CHP, emergency responders said three people were dead at the scene and another was injured.
Scofield Avenue is closed from Elmo Highway to Peterson Road, officials said.
