Our first frost, and potentially first freeze, is possible by Wednesday morning

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The average first frost date for Northern Indiana is late September through early October, so we’re a bit behind schedule, but not too far behind! Though tonight will be mostly cloudy with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s, we’ll see much more significant clearing throughout the day Tuesday to allow us to cool off even more efficiently Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning, low temperatures will likely hover around, or perhaps slightly below, freezing!
