Fall chill settles in for the week

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – A brief warm-up with highs in the 80s is on the way out. An exceptionally dry cold front is ushering in a much cooler Canadian airmass for the week. Despite abundant sunshine temperatures tumble about 10-15° below average. Highs drop from the mid 70s Tuesday into the mid-upper 60s Wednesday and Thursday. The chill deepens as lows fall into the low-mid 40s with coldest morning Thursday with some in the upper 30s but mostly low 40s. The chill relaxes by the weekend with lows mid-upper 50s and highs in the upper 70s around 80s into early next week.
