On Monday, October 14, 2024, four male victims filed sexual assault lawsuits against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, each sharing traumatic accounts of encounters that allegedly occurred over the span of two decades.
These new lawsuits highlight disturbing claims of abuse, coercion, and sexual assault that involve Diddy, leaving some in Alabama and across the country shocked.
Male Victim #1: The 2008 Ecko Clothing Employee Incident
In one lawsuit, a man who worked for Ecko Clothing in 2008 alleges that he had a violent encounter with Diddy while the company was promoting Diddy’s competing brand, Sean John. The incident reportedly took place in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship store in New York City in May 2008.
The man claims that during this encounter, Diddy and his three bodyguards cornered him. According to his account, Diddy struck him in the neck with a firearm, causing him to fall to the ground. The lawsuit further alleges that Diddy approached the victim and told him to “suck his d***” before violently sexually assaulting him. The man is now seeking justice for the physical and emotional trauma caused by this alleged assault.
