PHOENIX (AZFamily) – One person has died Monday morning after crashing their motorcycle in east Phoenix. Police responded to a crash near 42nd Street and Indian School Road just after 6 a.m. When they arrived on the scene, they found 29-year-old Kyler Devlin in critical condition. He died from his injuries at the crash site.
