ERWIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – The family of a worker killed at the plastics factory in East Tennessee is now suing the factory and its founder, Gerald O’Connor. Multiple workers died after Hurricane Helene flooding hit Impact Plastics on Sept. 27, and the lawsuit alleges it could have been prevented.
