COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – A Council Bluffs man has been arrested in relation to a 28-year-old woman’s death, according to Iowa officials. Justin Sickler is accused of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and third-degree theft in the death of Brianne McIntosh, the Iowa Department of Public Safety said.
