LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was in court Monday after a fatal crash on the Gene Snyder Freeway early Saturday morning. Arnold Jose Quijada-Vega is facing numerous charges, including vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident without rendering aid, tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and driving without a license or insurance.
