Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrest of one person following an investigation in the West End area. On Tuesday, Sept. 17, the Moore County Sheriff’s Office received a report of alleged statutory rape. On Friday, Oct. 11, sheriff’s investigators arrested Jamie Faye Vest, 28, of Southern Pines.
