Hopkinsville Police arrested 30-year-old Tavian Spencer of Hopkinsville on Sunday after he reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and led law enforcement on a pursuit. According to a report, Spencer was traveling eastbound on East 18th Street where he drove through a stop sign before turning north onto Walnut Street. Responding officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on Spencer’s vehicle, but he allegedly fled.
