MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Dane County Humane Society opened its doors to shelter animals that were impacted by the Hurricanes in the South. More than 100 shelter animals are being airlifted from the Southeast to the Midwest. Upon arrival, the animals are being placed into shelters like the Dane County Humane Society to find their new forever homes.
