LEWES —At a public forum on Oct. 22 from 7-8 p.m., Delaware State Senate District 6 candidates Russ Huxtable and Kim Hoey Stevenson will exchange views at the Lewes Elementary School, 820 Savannah Road.
Hosted by the League of Women Voters of Sussex County, the forum will be moderated by Dr. Marlene Saunders.
The district includes Milton, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach.
The league encourages attendees to bring written questions, or use provided note cards and pencils for posing questions, which will be available at the door, and from monitors in the aisles throughout the program.
To maintain a neutral atmosphere, the league prohibits electioneering in the room, including wearing clothing, hats, buttons or other items promoting a candidate.
