Nearly 200 Wayne Residents Hunt for Pirate Treasure in WayneQuest #5

WAYNE, NJ – Early clouds dissipated to reveal a beautiful Sunday morning, perfect for a treasure hunt in and around Wayne and nearly 200 residents roamed our town that morning, searching for NoBeard, the Pirate’s buried treasure. This was TAPinto Wayne’s fifth edition of the greatest adventure in Wayne – WayneQuest. In all, $5,000 was given out in cash and prizes and participants told TAPinto “it was great fun,” “exhilarating,” and a “fun way to spend a Sunday morning.”

Everyone we spoke with said they would be coming back for next year’s WayneQuest #6.

“We look forward to WayneQuest every year,” said Teresa Kelly, Captain of team, Mimosa’s Anyone ? “The excitement of unraveling clues and racing to be the first to solve them is exhilarating. It’s not just about the challenge; it’s also about the camaraderie we share as we meet new people and make lasting friendships. Plus, learning about the local retailers and services in our community adds an enriching layer to the experience. WayneQuest truly brings us together in a unique and enjoyable way. We had a great day, thanks to you, Ferris”
